GTIN Data Hub
Pricing

Pay per item, not per user.

An item is a single validated number. A batch of 100 numbers is 1 request but 100 items. Users are included in every plan; there is no per-seat fee.

What is an item?

The single unit your invoice is based on. Not the number of requests — the number of validated numbers.

1 request = 100 itemsa batch job, in one picture
1 REQUESTPOST /v1/gtins:batch{ "gtins": [ 100 ] }counts as 1 against the rate limit100 ITEMScounts as 100 against your quota — this is what you pay for

Why it works this way: sending 100 numbers in one call should be in your favour. If we billed per request, splitting a large file would be punished; billing per item means how you send them does not change the price.

In every plan

Every GTIN format

GTIN-8, GTIN-12 (UPC-A), GTIN-13 (EAN), GTIN-14 (ITF-14) — with check digit and GS1 prefix lookup.

Your own catalogue

Upload product name, brand, category and image link; they come back next to the number on every lookup. Uploading does not use quota.

REST API + CSV

You create the key; you decide its scope and lifetime. Bulk results download as CSV.

Tenant isolation

Your data is separated at the database level. No other customer can query your records.

Audit trail

Sign-in, key creation and catalogue uploads are recorded — who, when, from which address.

Team invites

Invite as many people as your plan allows; everyone sets their own password.

How your invoice is calculated

Four steps. No surprise items.

  1. 1
    Your allowance resets each period

The monthly item allowance in your plan starts over. Unused items do not roll over.

  2. 2
Every validated number costs one item

Uploading a catalogue, browsing the dashboard and reading your own records do not use quota.

  3. 3
You see what is left in every response

Every API response carries x-quota-remaining; the same counter is in the dashboard.

  4. 4
When it runs out, requests are refused

Nothing is cut off silently and no automatic overage is charged. You get 402 kota_doldu; upgrading is your call.

We do not charge per user.

Everyone on the team should have their own account and their own password — one shared login also makes the audit trail meaningless. Seats are included in the plan.

Frequently asked

What is an item, what is a request?

An item is one validated number; a request is one API call. A batch of 100 numbers is 1 request but 100 items. Billing is per item.

What happens when my quota runs out?

Requests are refused. Nothing is cut off silently — it is stated plainly in the dashboard and in the API response. You can upgrade or wait for the next period.

Do unused items roll over?

No. The allowance resets each period. If you need a one-off top-up, write to us and we will add it to your subscription.

Does uploading a catalogue use quota?

No. You are uploading your own data, not consuming our lookups.

Is there a minimum term?

Monthly. If it is not renewed, access stops at the end of the period and your data is deleted according to our retention periods.

Do I need to pay to try it?

No. You can open an account yourself on the free trial plan; we do not ask for a credit card.

Prices are monthly and exclude VAT. If you need a company invoice or a different currency, write to us.
